Just went in there to ask if they would cut my hair and they told me no, I’m not sure if they were confused? The lady sitting down was completely unprofessional.

I'v been coming to them for haircuts since 2006. Nothing to complain about.
I called in advance to make an appointment at 2pm, asked her for anytime as I was flexible with time. When I went there at 2pm she said she couldn’t take me because she had clients. UNPROFESSIONAL. Would never step foot in that salon again.
